Who we are
Elixr Agency (“Elixr”, “we”, “us”) is the trading name of LXR TALENT GROUP SRL, a company registered in Romania. We operate elixragency.com and are the controller of the personal data described here.

Adults only
This website and our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal data in one situation only: when you send an application through the form on this site. That form asks for:
- your name, and the one contact handle you choose — Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or email;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or over;
- the country you live in and the languages you can chat in;
- your camming experience, the platforms you already stream on, and how many days and hours a week you can stream;
- whether you currently work with another webcam agency, and whether you have a private space and a stable internet connection;
- anything you choose to write in the free-text box, and which language you were reading the site in.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial details, or any special-category data through this website. Please do not put them in the free-text box.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use it to read your application, decide whether to take it further, and contact you about it. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — together with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms receives the form submission and delivers it to our inbox. They act as our processor.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of any kind.
The only thing kept in your browser is the language you chose — English, French or Spanish — stored locally so the site opens the same way next time. It holds nothing personal and is never sent to us.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers and those servers receive your IP address. If you would rather avoid that, block those domains in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep an application while we are considering it, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can come back to you if something suitable opens up. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction on how we use it, a copy in portable form, and you may object to our use of it or withdraw your consent. Write to admin@elixragency.com and we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
